See what you can actually spend this month.

Lighthouse shows each scheduled payment next to the envelope that will pay it, and flags the envelope before it runs short. Every account, every currency, one calm ledger.

No card to start. Then $6 a month, or $60 a year.

Three moves, every month.

Money comes in, every part of it gets a job, you spend from the envelopes, and you move money when life changes. The month recalculates itself.

  1. Assign

Give everything in Ready to assign a job: rent, groceries, the trip in February.

  2. Spend

Enter a transaction or import a CSV. It leaves its envelope, and the gauge shows what is left for the month.

  3. Move

Overspent on dining out? Move money from another envelope. The plan bends, the total stays honest.

Scheduled payments, in view before they land.

Add rent, subscriptions and anything you have agreed to pay. Each one appears under its envelope with its date, and the envelope asks for attention as soon as it will not cover them. No surprises on the 28th.

Saving that counts itself.

A goal is a target for an envelope, not a second account. Progress is the money already sitting there, so there is nothing to log and nothing counted twice. Save by a date, at your own pace, or a little every month.

See where the month went, and where the next one goes.

Cash flow, income and spending by week, month, quarter or year, down to the single transaction. Every number traces back to the ledger.

A budget you can trust on the 28th.

  • Every currency, one budget

150 currencies, each account and envelope in its own, in the same view.

  • Budget together

Up to 5 people in one budget, you included, with owner and member roles. One subscription covers them all.

  • No bank login, ever

You enter transactions or import a CSV, so your banking credentials never pass through Lighthouse. Everything exports the same way.

  • Numbers, not guilt

Red means one thing: an envelope below zero. A goal behind is a recalculated figure, and a payment not yet covered gets a warning, not an alarm.

One plan. Everything in it.

$6 a month, or $60 a year. The first 30 days are free, and no card is needed to start.

Questions people ask

Does Lighthouse connect to my bank?
No. You enter transactions or import a CSV. We never ask for banking credentials, which means there is no credential store to breach.
What happens to my data if I stop paying?
Your account becomes read-only and export stays available. We do not delete a budget because a subscription lapsed.
Can I bring my data from another app or a spreadsheet?
Yes, as CSV. Export your transactions from a bank, another budgeting app or a spreadsheet and import them into an account. Lighthouse recognizes the columns and flags the transactions it already has.
Which currencies are supported?
150 of them, with the right minor units for each. Every account and every envelope can carry its own currency inside one budget.

Calm, practical writing on money.

Dividing money into categories is an old idea that still works, because it matches how people already think about spending. Here is how it fits today.
