Why there is only one plan

Tiers make you do work that has nothing to do with your money: comparing columns, guessing which feature you will need later, wondering what the cheaper row leaves out. There is one plan so that none of that is your problem. Everyone gets the whole product from the first day.

There is no permanent free tier either. Subscriptions are the entire business, which is why Lighthouse carries no ads, sells nothing about you, and has no reason to want more of your data than the app needs to work.

Before you subscribe

Can I try it first?
Yes. You get the whole app for 30 days, with every feature switched on. We do not ask for a card to start, so nothing is charged when the trial ends.
What happens to my data if I stop paying?
Nothing is deleted. The account becomes read-only: you can open every budget, read its history and export it as CSV. Writing comes back the moment you subscribe again.
If I subscribe during the trial, do I lose the days left?
No. The first charge waits for the day your 30 days would have ended, so subscribing early costs nothing. The one exception is roughly the last two days of the trial: subscribing then is charged straight away.
Does everyone in a shared budget need to pay?
No. The people you invite work in your budget on your subscription. They need a trial or a subscription of their own only to accept an invite or to start budgets of their own, and every new account starts with the trial. If your subscription ends, the shared budget turns read-only for everyone in it until you subscribe again.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for.
Do you offer refunds?
No, except where the consumer law where you live requires one. The 30 days before we ask for a card are there so you can decide before any money moves.
Do I get less if I pay monthly?
No. Monthly and yearly are the same product. The yearly price is two months cheaper, and that is the only difference between them.
Will the price go up?
If we change the price, your subscription keeps the price you started on for as long as it stays active, and we tell you before anything changes.

See whether it fits, before any money moves.
